London bombings on study abroad

I'm happy to see that the London bombings don't seem to be having a significant effect on study abroad numbers.
Michigan State, however, is banning their students from the use of public transportation in London. This is disappointing to me. It seems like they'll be kind of separated from London culture in this way. But I suppose there's a fine line to toe between making parents and students feel safe and letting them have rich educational experiences.
